Roberto Verino
Gargalo is the personal project of Roberto Verino, born in the early nineties with a clear objective: to restore prestige to the wine of Monterrei.
Since then, each bottle reflects tradition, quality and respect for the environment.
Godello Lías 2024
Lemon yellow in color with greenish highlights. Intense aromas of green apple and citrus. On the palate it is unctuous, fresh and with balanced acidity.
Pairing: perfect with seafood, oily fish and signature cuisine.
Annual production: 86,500 bottles.
A lively, fragrant wine with a sophisticated character.
Mencía & Arauxa 2024
Deep cherry red with vibrant highlights. The nose is dominated by forest fruits and floral notes. On the palate, it is balanced, persistent, and full of character.
Pairing: ideal with red meats, stews and aged cheeses.
Annual production: 29,300 bottles.

Treixadura Albariño 2024
Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Aromas of pear and pineapple on a floral background. On the palate it is silky, enveloping and with great structure.
Pairing: It goes well with fish, seafood, white meats and rice dishes.
Annual production: 26,600 bottles.
